Vacation Home Purchase?

Has anyone purchasing an Orlando vacation home as their main property? What are the advantages and disadvantages of buying a vacation home as a couple’s main property?

Their are some tax implications, check with the IRS. Other than that, make sure you are buying in a decent area of Orlando since a lot of Orlando is fairly urban and not easy for resale.

    Nothing wrong with buying a 2nd home and making it a primary residence. take some time to get the feel for the market 6 months or so. Then inspect with a professional inspector top to bottom for anything and everything make sure thats a part of the contract and if it doesn’t meet your specific desires so that you can back out. Check the title for all conditions and restrictions to see if you can live with them.
