I just got approved plans for two single family homes I plan to use for rental property , should I wait ?

The property in located in Hawthorne, California. Because of the climate of the housing market should I put this build on hold.

YOU wish to rent them out. I do not
know anywhere where the rental
market is slow.

Do your reseach and if it shows
good rental strength in your
area, put them up!

thanks for asking

If you are able to buy them at a good price (below market) and the rent will exceed the mortgage payment, then I say do it. The need for good affordable rentals is great everywhere. Research and make sure the area you are buying in, does not have a glut of rentals.
