How do i find out how much is our homes property?
November 17th, 2009 | by admin |We’re selling our house but the landowners saying the price for bidding on the house is worth $300,000,000 and we dont think its that much, our family thinks hes lying to get money.
how do we find out?
A professional local Realtor is going to give you the most accurate market rate of the property. He/she should be able to provide you with a free CMA (Comparative Market Analysis). A licensed Appraiser can also valuate the property but this service is most likely not for free.
However, for a quick valuation over the net go to zillow.com.

My suggestion would be to go consult a Realtor. There are few websites that can try such as homevalue.com. Good luck !

Get the house valuation done from registered valuer who will give you a report on your property.
