How can I revolve featured property in my holiday homes website?

How can I make sure that every landlord paying the fee for featuring his property has the property displayed on the home page (as I have only 6 places available…) at the same time?

I have looked at your site as I had a similar problem on my site, http://www.dreamhomesportugal.com and I find a site that I really like the look of the featured property section http://www.apartmentandvillarentals.com
I have noticed though that your images do in fact revolve, so am I looking at the right issue?
