I am considering selling rental property to Home Vesters (We buy ugly houses)?

Does anyone have any info good or bad about this company?

They buy ugly houses for far less than they are worth.

    They seem like a nice bunch – I’ve spoken with them before. Good way to get that home off your hands quickly:)

    be very careful about them asking you
    NICELY; please deed the house over to
    us but stay on the mortgage.

    UNDER NO NO and NO circumstances
    allow that; it is a scam and if you accidentally do that, they get a free house and you
    get a debt.

    if they instead, ONLY ask for
    a lease -purchase agreement,
    that is ok.

    but deed NOTHING over to them
    if they don’t pay off the mortgage
    THROUGH an escrow firm with
    a purchase contract with yoU.
