Which sites can I use to find home owners name, address, property value, purchase amount, mortgage lender…?
February 27th, 2010 | by admin |The reason way I need this information is because I need to start creating my own data so I can use it to generate mortgage leads so my loan officers can call them and be able to offer them to refinance, cash back, better interest rate etc…
Most information are kept private, but if you want the value of a home, goto www.zillow.com It’s mostly accurate..
To get the rest of the information, you need to contact the tax accessor of that county.

You’d have to go to the Tax Assessor’s office in your county, I think.

Oh I got a ton of spammie stuff like that when I got my original mortgage. Buy mailing lists. Everyone involved in my closing seemed to be selling my name and information about 10 times over.

I think you are at a right place, I am telemarketer and work for different mortgage companies and loan officers in 5 states in USA. I work on commision as well as salary basis. In commision basis i charge 50% of what you make at the time of closing… This can get you a big business. If you are interested mail me at refinance@inbox.com
