what is the new online webite for finding the property value of a home?

zillow.com seems only accurate 60% of the time for what I was checking. I wouldn’t rely on it. To get a more accurate pricing talk to your local Realtor who understand your area and ask them to run a CMA on your home, only after they have seen your home in person. Nothing beats that. zillow is good for just getting VERY rough numbers.

I think you are looking for http://www.zillow.com
It gives you an estimate of the home value, with a range of values that indicates how good their estimation is. For example, if the home value comes to be $250K and the range is $175K to $400K, you should understand that they don’t have very good data on your specific home/community. But if the range is narrower, then their model has picked up enough information to predict your home’s market value.
Also, very good tools to compare your home to your zip code, county, state, US, etc. Good site, worth exploring and it is free!
Hope this is helpful.
