My Next door neighbor wants to put a door on the side of their home, will this affect my property value?

We have and HOA in our Neighborhod and our homes are very close to each other and they want to run a business out of the side of their home.

If zoned for residental
I dont think they can run a business out of the side of their home

for drug trafficking?

    Check the zoning board laws and if permissable put up a privacy fence.
