What does it mean when a parcel search shows a property as owned by the ADDRESS TRUST?

I did a search on my county’s web site parcel search engine. The lawn is overgrown, and the house is falling in disrepair. I’m interested in making an offer on the home considering its current state.

But the results of my search list the owner as "123 STREETNAME TRUST" with an Oregon PO box. What does this mean?

without seeing the appraisal, my guess would be that the property is either owned by a legal entity, such as an LLC, bank, etc or the former occupants held the property in a trust
