how do i find a rental home just by searching the name of the owner?

i am moving next month out of town with my boyfriend into a rent house belonging to his brother, who will be our landlord, how do find the home listing? i have searched the name of the property owner and i get nothing.

All property is recorded at the county recorders office. That said who shows up as the owner does not have to match what you expect. The bother might hold the title to the property in a trust so the owner would be the trust and not the brother.

Why do you want to look it up? Mostly to say that what you find is specific to the title. Owner, liens (mortgage and others), easements and other things that impact the title.

Go to the county’s website where the house is located and find tax assements… click on that and do a search on the address or the owner’s name. Best of luck.
