Does the Arizona Immigration Law allow for the search of homes and private property? If not, Why not?

It does not because it actually contains nothing that is not already in Federal Immigration Laws. The only difference is that Arizona is going to actually enforce it.

Only if they(police) suspect the person living in house or grounds, for proable cause, they can. Just like they see you driving down the road or highway, your acting in a way that draws there attention to you. When a officer walks up to your door and you look high, or look or smell of alcohal, then they have a right to search your car, then they can ask you, can they look into your car,and you say no, then that there is a act of guilt, then there going to look, and if they do find something, well you know the routine. But as to homes, you have to do something real stupid to have them search your house, like drugs, if they suspect you of selling then your house becomes there’s to look for what ever, drugs, guns, anything that’s going to screw you. Why is there something your hiding, you here legally.
