    http://www.99acres.com would be the best one . But if you know the place you want to buy and your budget , always get in touch with your local Real estate person and move . Or else you will end up in paying more for a less valued property unknowingly … Be aware .. Advertisement were given not only by owners but also by Brokers in website so best one is speak to the realestate person nearby ,

    I would suggest to do a search in.iproperty.com. If you are looking direct deal for new properties iproperty.com should serve your purpose.

    99acres is good but half the time I end up connecting agents who dont have what they display in websites.

    A lot of new constructions available especially in Bangalore, Hyderabad and NCR markets. Remember most of them are exclusive stocks which is not available in the open market.
