Sale of home with property tax lien.?
July 14th, 2010 | by admin |Can a home be sold with a property tax lien on it as part of the closing process to pay it off; or, does the lien have to be paid first (Orange County, Florida)? Thanks!
It has to be paid before or during closing.

It will be paid at closing or the transaction can not be completed with clear title.
