I want to buy a property thats has a small 540 square feet home on it?

The home and property is listed just below $30000.00. Can I get a mortgage for this property or is it way to small for them to bother.

I’m assuming this is one of those cash only deals, because of its size and price….

This is not a moblie home it is a solid little house with a perfect fondation.

of course a lender will finance the house. As long as the house is worth at least what they are asking, you shouldn’t have any problems financing the house.

    Most banks have a $50,000 minimum, but if you try a mortgage broker they might find you a loan.

    Depends on the mortgage company or you might check with the bank to see if you can get a secured personal loan for the $30k.

    There are plenty of banks and mortgage companies who will lend on any piece of property. Just call around and ask a lending officer in their mortgage department for the details. Especially if you live in a largely rural area.

    You should be able to get a mortgage on it. Talk to your bank.
