house prices are gonna crash in Vancouver in the near future
I can see it coming. People who own very expensive homes or even people who OWN a home or condo are going to be very big losers in terms of the net value of their homes. It won’t be an earthquake that will flatten house prices ion Vancouver, but the worsening American economy will take a catastrophic nosedive this year or in 2009. If I was a house owner in the GVRD, I would sell my house right now,
and put the cash in the bank
