Home Appraisal? Help!?

February 25th, 2010 | by admin |

I recently issued an assessment appeal. They told me to give them a copy of any appraisal prepared for the property owners for any purpose (financing, insurance, investment) since 2007. What does this mean? What papers do I show them?

if you bought your home after 2007-meaning just in the last 2 yrs, and your appraisal
is considerably different from what the county
feels your home is worth, the county
will ROLL back your annual property taxes.

if you bought before 2007, I think they
feel you have no grounds to argue with them.
they are wrong. YOU can use
COMPARABLES obtained from any
real estate office.
