Can a home be sold with a property tax lien on it as part of the closing process to pay it off; or, does the lien have to be paid first (Orange County, Florida)? Thanks!
It has to be paid before or during closing.

I have a 10 acre farm in Oklahoma and I would like to refinance at the new rate? Does anyone know who will refinance a rental property with a mobile home on it?

Say one home was being rented out and you were dependant on that income and you lived in the other one. Would you get a reverse mortage on one, then buy a house in China? Really, what would you do?
